Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver – Tempe, AZ
For the last 17 years, Ferticell™ USA has been dedicated to developing sustainable alternative plant nutritional options for American farmers. For our 18th year, we look forward to bringing on another ambitious and motivated warehouse associate to assist with a variety of tasks in our growing corporate facilities warehouse.
With a growing portfolio of 18 fertilizers and soil amendments, most approved for organic use, we are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced warehouse associate to down pack, blend and palletize materials for orders. This position will require driving a forklift, but the right candidate for the position can be trained to operate. We are a small, family-owned company with a preference for quality over quantity.

What you will do
- Receive, process and complete orders for fulfillment
- Pulling and down packing liquid and dry materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- Blend, drain, and rinsing liquid material tanks
- Label/Small pack sample orders
- Palletize, wrap and band orders for shipment
- Stay inside, avoid the heat in an indoor work environment
- Forklift operation (will train if necessary), loading/unloading trucks
- Verify accuracy of items on Bill of Lading/Sales Orders
- Keep a clean, organized workspace at all times
What you will bring
- Ability to pass background check, no history of felonies
- Forklift experience/certification a plus
- Mechanical aptitude
- Positive mindset
- Time management
- Must be able to bend, lift & stoop without difficulty
- Ability to lift and carry items over 60 lbs. repeatedly
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
